2011 subaru outback mods ?

Is there any way I could make 2011 outback more like a street car and less like a ofroad camping rig? Not by horse power but by estitcs. Like do I lower it and put the stock air box and could I get better gas mileage on a stage one tone or like no engine mods tone ? I'm lost on how to make this less like a mom car. Help plz
