I am noticing a large plume of white steam from exhaust if I do a quick acceleration on the highway.
This is happening on colder days (near 0c) when the turbo kicks in. Then it goes away quickly.
Is this normal or should I take car in to get it looked at?

"White steam" will indicate either a head gasket / crack / defects in the cooling system or oil leakage from the pressure side of the turbo.
If these tests pass (coolant system pressure test) (no abnormally high oil level inside inter cooler) (operating PCV system)
OR
"White steam" is also condensation from a hot exhaust.

Thanks ... it seems to have gone away. It happened after storing car in garage for winter, so this was the first time I engaged the turbo. Tried it 2-3 times now and no white steam.
