transmission fluid/ differential fluids

Hi,

I have a 94 legacy turbo wagaon. Automatic with 440,000km's
on it..

I want to replace tranny fluid/diff fluid, any recommendation
on weight and brand ? I think i can get mobil 1 ad a decent
price thru relatives.
