TPMS troubles

I recently put some new wheels on my crosstrek. I got them from Tire Rack and I did have new tmps put in them. Multiple techs at dealership were unable to get them activated and programmed and the warning lights on the dash were driving me crazy!. I ended up buying an Autel TS508 to do it myself. I got them awakened and "relearned" and the lights on the dash have gone off, but the tire pressure does not register on "my subaru" app. What is the magic trick to finish the programming?
