I have a used 08 Tribeca Limited. It came equipped with a 6 CD changer/sat, 7 speaker set up. only 1 thing is the volume won't go past 40. is this common or do I need to replace unit?

40 is max, have a Subaru legacy from 07 and the max volume is 40 too
