sanity check - 2014 Subaru Forester touring 70k miles for $16k

    Is this a great deal? The car is in overall great condition. Minor oil leakage issue identified during buyers inspection today. This was a known issue at the 56k mile service; new o-rings and oil solenoid valve were put in at that point. Seems like this is something that can be kept in-check with regular checkups.
