2019 Subaru check engine

My 2019 Subaru Impreza has a problem when it’s hot outside and I start the car with the ac on the rpm’s run high and the check engine light, uphill assist and traction control indicators come on and the odometer and cruise control flash back and forth. Brought it back to Subaru 3 times and nothings changed yet. Any ideas what is it?
