I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I don't know where else to turn so I joined the forum.
My 18-year-old and I have been working on, and he's now driving, a 2002 Subaru Forester. The car alarm goes off whenever we turn on the right blinker. This doesn't happen with the left blinker, only the right.
My only thought is the flasher relay but I don't know much about the electronics of a Subaru and I don't to blindly start changing electronic parts without some idea on where the problem might be.
Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.
