2013 Impreza making noise when turning right

Hello, I have a 2013 Impreza Sport. It has been making a noise coming from the drivers side front tire for awhile. The noise is noticeably worse when turning right at moderate speeds (not so much when turning right from a stop). The sound is a very rhythmic, like something rubbing as the tire rotates. I have had numerous mechanics take a look at it and no one can find where it is coming from. But since the noise has gotten markedly worse over the last few weeks I would really like to get it fixed. I recently had the bearing replaced but that did not solve the problem. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

I had a brake caliper problem (2012) but it also made noise when not turning, I'm guessing that would have been found though.

I had the same issue on left turns on my 2013 Base. Was a brake rotor. Replacement fixed the problem.
