Hi all, I acquired a 2017 Legacy Sedan base model a few months ago. I already had an account with you here so I must've done prior Subaru research or something. I did briefly have a very old Subaru over 20 years ago in Los Angeles but I don't remember which model. I just remember it was beat up but sturdy and reliable.
I have a need for some parts: it looks like a roof rail is missing, I need the tray inside the center console, the bolt that secures the window seal on the passenger seat behind the driver's seat and there's some mysterious wiring I noticed when I dropped down the seats for cargo space. I could also use more plastic bolts that secure underneath (I'm replacing the driver-side fog light), and I might should replace the passenger fog light as well since it's yellowed out by previous owner.
In any event, I'm glad to be here. I never knew Subarus where this fun to drive. I LOVE this Legacy so much that I plan to upgrade in a couple of years. If this base model is this awesome, I can't imagine what the other years or trim levels are like!
