2011 Outback 2.5i standard model w/ 283,000 miles.

Solid, not flashing CEL, flashing BRAKE, flashing CRUISE, solid Vehicle Dynamics Control light, sometime ABS, sometimes AT OIL TEMP, and other combinations of lights, including engine temp overheating light. This happened years ago and guy at local garage just cleared the warning lights and the ECM reset itself. Now, car is difficult to start, have to play with gas peddle to keep it running, and when step on gas peddle there’s a delay in getting car to accelerate, especially from a dead stop. Now this has happened 4 times in the last month. This last time I thought I got a bad tank of gas, I could feel the car surge and back off, like starving for gas, but it felt like maybe the all-wheel-drive was not syncing, like the ECM didn’t know what to do at highway speed for each wheel. Then all the dash lights came on again, except this time when all the dash lights appeared the car actually ran smoother on highway.

I have a Carly OBD II and that’s giving me brake, ABS codes, but pretty sure that’s not the issue. Recently had new upper and lower control arms, 4 new wheel bearings, and front & rear breaks done.

The battery is a year old and Carly ODB says it is fully charging and no discharge problems.

I think I need a new ECM from all I’ve been reading. So, my question is, has anyone here replaced a ECM by buying a used ECM on eBay, then sending old and eBay ECM out to be cloned?

I’m ok with doing a lot of work on cars, but never messed w/ electrical stuff like this.

Guidance is humbly asked for. A step by step guide if possible. Thank you.

Codes:
Parking Break System, All listed as generic fault codes:

00C111

00C110

0050CC
When I put the above codes (in the pic is Carly screen shot) into search engine some say related to the parking break but others say it's not a valid code, so I have to ask, are these zeros 0, or are they Ohhhs O?

C0022 – Right front ABS sensor

C0057 - Communication issue between the ECM (Engine Control Module) and other control modules within the vehicle. This can result in improper data exchange, causing drivability problems or system malfunctions.
