Hoping someone here has some experience with plug changes on a '24 Crosstrek (Premium) they can share with me. I do all the easy maintenance for my daughter's Crosstrek that she bought new and the plug change should be due in the next couple months.
My issue is that I have read that some modes need to have the engine raised a bit to access the left rear plug because it is right in front of the frame. Does anyone know if this applies to the 2.0 engine? All of the horror stories I have read about have the 2.5 engine as the culprit and don't know if this applies to the 2.0 as well.
I am prepared to purchase thin ratchets and multiple short extensions to do this job, as well as lift the engine a bit, but would like to get advice from someone that has actual experience with this.
Thanks.
