Carbon cleaning/walnut blasting at 16K?

I just got my 3rd oil change on my 2025 Forester and the service guy suggested I get the carbon blaster treatment. I only have 16k miles and drive it almost every day for a minimum of 20 minutes am and pm, most days more like 30 minutes. He said with this driving record I should be fine but still tried to sell me on this over $100 service. Any suggestions as to how soon I will really need this would be much appreciated! Thank you!

This internet mechanic says it would be a couple hours + for labour - 30 minutes per cylinder plus remove & replace intake. If a 2025 with 16 k miles really needs this - trade it in now ...
