Starting issue...I need guidance

Above is the video so you can see what's happening.

I got this car in "crank no start" status. Story goes, it was running and then it was parked for 4 or 5 months then it wouldnt start.

So far I've done timing belt, valve adjustment, throttle body clean, egr valve clean, new pcv valve, new wires and plugs, cleaned fuel filter. Cleaned/checked all grounds and voltage test. Battery is good. Starter is good. I may be missing something.

Since I've started working on it, I got the car to start finally, however it's only with throttle pressed down while starting. It revs fine and no codes. As soon as I let off throttle rpms keep dropping it shakes and stalls out. It will not idle.

I was trying some things with the fuel system today and I was going to cycle the fuel out of the lines so I could take another look at the pump. I pulled the fuel pump fuse and cranked it a bit but when the gauge dial on the fuel line dropped to zero pressure the motor started. I tried swapping the FP relay and it made no change in the current conditions.

Anybody had or heard of this issue?

It ran before you touched it? You need air, fuel, spark, so that would be the second place to look.

You do not happen to be triggering the low oil pressure start procedure after an oil change?

If this is a possibility then maybe your throttle positioner is faulty and showing a 100% throttle position.

Have you tried an idle relearn? You can google Subaru idle relearn procedure for more information. Or check out Mr. Subaru 1387 on You Tube - he has a video explaining how to do this. I suspect if the car was sitting for 4 - 5 months, the battery voltage may have dropped low enough to have affected data stored in the ECM. If the throttle body was removed for cleaning, this may have also affected the idle settings, which will also require doing a relearn.
