Need arm bushings replaced

Hey, I have a 2018 Subaru cross track that needs replacement of the two front lower control arm bushings. Had a couple questions and thanks in advance for your help -

When one gets that done do you have to get an alignment done afterwards?

Is it OK to use OEM parts?

With this car, would u also need the front differential done too?
