NAV & Blue Tooth

Hi Everyone, I am new to the forum and need guidance please.
I have a Subaru Tribeca 2008, The NAV takes a while (30 minutes of driving) to function and there is no blue tooth for hands free phone. (Australia is must have or penalty for touching phone)
1 - How do I repair or replace the NAV
2 - Has anyone come across a system that replaces the current dash NAV and includes blue tooth
