Lost Subaru wrx

Hi guys, my names Ethan and I’m looking to see if anyone has any information on this 2002 Subaru Impreza wrx. My grandfather had bought it new in 2002 and had it till I was around 7 or 8 and then he sold it, years later I’m trying to find it to get it back into my life, I can’t find any of the records with the vin number but I have a picture of it with the license plate it had on at the time, I’d anyone knows any information or the whereabouts of where it’s car could be please reply back to the thread. I’d be so great full if I could get this car back in my life. Thank you

see if you can get any old paperwork that your grandfather might have had that had the vin. thats a good place to start
