Legacy bp9 2004 2.5 121kw Bye, when starting or from 3 speed to 2 speed, the car shakes me, I don't know what to do with it, I changed the clutch from 2 mass to solid but it happened to me before and I don't know what to do with it, thanks for the advice

Check the internal transmission bearings and pilot input shaft bearing to the crankshaft. Check the main drive shaft to ensure it trurns straight and in balance.
