Looking to buy an 09 Legacy Wagon 2.5l

So this Legacy has 368 thousand k on it but has been well looked after. This appears to be once used as a fleet car and was well maintained according to the service records. The car is for sale for $1,995. It had the catalytic converter stolen but other then that the car drives amazing. I talked the guy down to $1600 for the car due to the theft of the converter. Is the car still worth buying? I've found converters online for $289 cdn. They don't seem to be hard to install. Would you guys take this deal for a fully loaded 09 Legacy wagon that's pretty much in perfect condition other then issues caused by the missing piece. Thanks for any advice!!
