Help why are my brakes not working

Brought my Subaru to a dealership had them do a alignment drove it to work 20 min then the next stop light I came to I threw it in neutral and the brakes became stiff and wouldn’t brake I even tried my e brake that didn’t even work but came to the next light and they worked perfectly then the next light they stopped working again then I called a tow truck and they worked fine and my handbrake kept it drove up on the truck
