How do you put a 2020 Subaru in ebrake service mode to replace rear brake pads? Please help.

A quality bi-directional scan tool will electronically retract the parking brake(s).
There will be another separate tool to attach onto the caliper pistons and push / turn / retract the piston towards the open position.
The scan tool will set the pistons back to the closed position and monitor the current for the correct clamping force.
These are NOT toys and the wrong move will crush anything in their path.
