ALL lights dim every 5 seconds. Battery , alternator & fuses are ALL good. As the lights are dimming a sound of a relay can be heard under the dash. At my wits end. Anyone have an idea of what may be the cause of the dimming that occurs approximately every 5 seconds. Thanks, John
