I have a 2006 Subaru Legacy car will run beautiful for about an hour them the idle will start to bounce and car will stall no check engine light indicating any problems let car sit and cool for a few hours or over night and it will start back up and run beautiful again then same thing after running an hour or so has anyone seen or had this problem

With a decent OBD tool or SSM protocol equipment, there should be faults recorded.
Check - test the cooling system for no internal or external leaks.
Test the EGR system for vacuum leaks, replace the PCV valve and hose attachment if plugged.
Clean the throttle body, check / test the throttle pedal for a clean sweep.
Check the fuel pressure and a smart technician can measure fuel pump RPM with an oscilloscope.
Ignition coils could break down when the engine is hot. An oscilloscope can test that theory quickly.
Check the Electronic Throttle Control Relay.
Check all battery negative ground connections, grounding bolts and ground straps.
You will need schematics to test or you'll be throwing parts at it.
