Drivers seat settings constantly changing

Subaru Ascent (2024) I set my driver seat settings and saved to the system. I come back later and i need to push the seat button to get back to my seat settings. I am 6’5 and the seat rises too high for my head to get under the sill. I have reset the complete setup several times. Took it to the dealer and they could not make it do the same thing. The weird thing is it does not do it everytime. Any ideas or instructions to clear this up?

Well it may be because you're taller and the camera isn't scanning you properly.

It's the same camera that tells you the keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the steering wheel. ie the drowsy driver camera, atop the center dash, just above the little status display. I think it's a near IR, black and white camera. That way it can see through sun glasses and such.

I have reset my driver account a few times. The seat is lowered all the way. Could still be an issue. Thanks.

Is there a second key fob being used to open the doors?

No. There is a second fob. We do not use it. It hangs in the garage. But, the seat changing occurs in a lot of other places also. It is baffling. I even closed my wife's seat settings and it still goes back to this setting. Not every time i use the car but several times a day.
