Blower motor 2015 crosstrek

2015 crosstrek. blower motor has been replaced twice in 1.5 yr and died a 3rd time. help!

also have replaced headlights 6 times since i purchased the car new.

Check the alternator charging rate (Volts and Amps).
Check the battery negative post ground point to the body.
Check the ground straps from the body to the engine mounting points.
Purchase a new OEM blower motor and test the blower motor resistor. Check its grounding point.
