Best spark plug for Phase-II EJ25

V

Verbs Under My Gel

I've a set of NGK V-Power plugs (copper) that I'm about to install.
Anyone want to talk me out of it?

I don't mind changing plugs every 30,000 US miles, so that's not a
factor. I'm not sure what's in there now (I'm guessing Champions).

I would use whatever the recommended plug is. Don't give SOA any
reason to deny giving you some latitude if you need their help for a
headgasket problem...

If it's the recommended NGK plug, then go for it. I have a
preference for Denso, but that's just me.

I run HGK V plugs in my 2000 Forester and when I change them at 30,000 they
look like they could go another 20,000 as the plugs are light brown and the
gap as increased only 4-6 1/1000 of an inch. A very good plug for the 2.5L
engine. Ed Hayes
