air deflectors and mud flaps

Thinking of installing these. Couple questions for anybody that have them.
Do side and moonroof air deflectors reduce noise? A lot or a little?
Pros and cons of OEM vs. Weathertech?

Same question for mud flaps. OEM vs. Weathertech
Do the weather tech hang down lower than OEM? Kinda looks like it in pics.
