I have a 2016 Forester Base model 6 speed Manual Transmission with 2.5i motor. Do I need to change the filter / air cleaner attached to the upper housing? I do replace the normal air filter as recommended, but I noticed that the "secondary filter" (46052B in the parts schematic) that is attached the housing is getting dirty. Can I buy this part without spending over $100 on the entire housing? Please see the schematic and pics below for clarification.
