2016 Forester Limited- A/C compressor cycles on and off

My Forester Limited will shut off the A/C compressor if I am standing at idle (parked) for more than a few minutes. It will cycle back on about 5 minutes after driving on the road. I had the compressor relay replaced, but that did not help- I have a brand new compressor that is less than a year old. Any ideas on how to stop the compressor from shutting off?
