2011 Outback 3.6 head gaskets

How hard is it to pull 3.6 out to replace head gaskets? I overheated it yesterday. Now I got overheating radiator and both tailpipes are wet. I figure it''s headgaskets. 178k on engine

Remove the engine, there is likely more damage.
