2009 Outback SW for parts

I have a 2009 outback available for parts. Something is wrong with the engine (knocks) and the transmission (stuck in third gear). I'm still paying on it, so I don't have the title. 3000 payoff with title (cost of pay-off), 2000 without title. Will send photos upon request. Thank you.
