04 forester x no start

so.. longblock was delivered i put new waterpump, timing kit, fuel pump, fuel filter, crank sensor, cam sensor, air filter.
i poured a little gas in the filter and it fired and purred like a kitten.
i dont have a fuel pressure tester but with the line dissconnected it really shot out.
the crank sensor wire was a bit exposed so i insulated the bare spot with rtv silicone till i can get a new connector delivered.
theres no codes being thrown but its a new motor and im guessing it hasnt run long enough to generate a code.
can anyone point me in the right direction from here?

i did a visual inspection of all fuses but not relays as well.
