Used 2013 Subaru Outback - Buying Advice Needed

I'm in the process of looking over a used 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5I Limited - taking it to a shop to get inspected tomorrow. It seems like it's in great condition but I don't know much about cars. Anything I should keep in mind about this make in model during this process that I should ask the seller or the shop? Carfax included in the photos
