I bought a 2024 Subaru Outback with leather seats. I’ve noticed the driver seat isn’t very comfortable. It’s like there’s no padding. Anyone else notice this?

I have the 2024 Crosstrek Limited and the seat seems to lack padding. I think the design also contributes to the discomfort. Instead of being flat, the seat is a bit concave which might further the pressure IMO.

Has anyone found a remedy to this? I can’t even drive my Outback. I had to switch cars with my husband.

Just about every Subaru seat I've ever been in is thin and flat. Maybe more squats? :)

My wife has a 2024 Subaru Outback Touring. We did a 2000 mile drive last month, it is the worst seat ever. She had a 2018 ? Outback that i could drive all day but this one is about a 100 mile car. She also had an Ascent but i never took it on a long trip.

I find that good neoprene seat covers from Cover King adds a little padding and comfort while making clean up easier and protecting the factory seats.
They're great if you have kids or dogs too. Not cheap and there's usually a week or two wait for them because they're custom made to order. Don't cheap out with other stuff, get the real deal 1/4" neoprene. The same stuff used to make wetsuits.
