Driving a friend's 96 Legacy wagon on xmas eve, outside temp around 30F, I
pushed the defroster button but air continued to come from the facia vents
for about 10 minutes before the vanes moved and the defroster finally kicked
in. It happened again the next morning, outside temps in the 20s. What
caused this, and how can I fix it?
