My 2025 Forrester has bad rotors at 26k. The dealership wants to resurface. I want them replaced.
Newer rotors are thin enough already without starting resurfacing at 26k. Am Inwrong for insisting on new rotors?
I also have a 2025 Forester. 9500 miles currently. The dealer told me I will need new rear brakes soon, didn't mention rotors. My car previous to the Forester was a Buick Encore. At 50000 miles it had not yet needed new brakes or rotors. It sounds like the quality of Subaru brake parts could be better.
