Getting a new Touring soon. What is the absolute best oil filter out there?

Any other cool stuff to buy or add on?

What is a good guess as to average gas mileage.

If anyone has input of anything else, I'm all ears before it comes.

i've been wondering that also I race my 04 Forrester up and down these freeways in southern Florida in the hundred degree heat going 80 to 100 miles an hour...... right now I'm just going with the Subaru oil filter from the dealership

and of course I'm getting horrible gas mileage you're not gonna get good gas mileage when you drive like an idiot like me! ....but I am due for plugs and I'm wondering besides air filters what else do you have to change to possibly get better mileage???..... and yes I'm trying to slow down but it's a process
