I joined the Subaru family when I bought 2022 Outback Wilderness. I've been enjoying it so far. One thing that is annoying is Apple Carplay. When I have my iphone plugged in, it will connect, but sometimes it has issues staying connected. I've tried changing USB cable, but I think it's the port itself. I'll have it checked out at next maintenance check up, but wondered if anyone had this issue too?

Instantly, I would have said the cable was the problem, if not some possible debris inside of the phone’s port.

My current Apple cable only works when plugged in one way instead of it being able to be plugged in both ways. I know the correct way to plug in to my iPhone when it gives me a little torque feel. I’m just too lazy to replace it even though I have several new ones available. Good luck correcting your problem!
