The navigation voice on my 2016 Legacy with 132,000 miles is only saying the first word or part of the first word for each command. Also the quality of the audio during handsfree phone calls is poor. I have tried the volume control while a command is being issued, and i took it to a dealer. Dealer was unable to correct the problem and was also not able to update the soft/ firmware. Any ideas?
