Navigation voice

My navigation no longer gives voice directions. I can’t figure out what I’ve done. Is there no way to actually turn the radio off. I usually mute the radio but don’t know if that affects the navigation voice.

Someone said to turn up the volume knob when the voice should be speaking. How do you know when it should be “speaking”? Something about the center display showing a turn? Does anyone understand this?

I can’t find anything about UN- muting it. I will keep looking. Thanks for the help!

Reset the navagation system, you will lose previous destinations but it will correct the problem
