Lost sound on 2020 Outback

Disconnected battery to get sound back per numerous social media posts from other customers with the same problem....but this is a recurring issue that Subaru must be aware of and must have a solution. This is our second Outback and we have had positive experience with Subaru until now. Seems like this problem's related to electrical grounding which would be a design issue. This is a fairly well known problem based on the # of posts on the web but whatever it is I'd like to know what Subaru is doing about this.
