Lost power steering and brakes.

helloooo, so today i was driving my 2009 legacy home from an appointment. it had no issues on the way there and most of the way home. out of nowhere my brake and battery light came on. i then lost power steering and pulled over. i didn’t notice any obvious problems under the hood. the brake pedal locked, my ignition locked (without key in it), and the wheel locked. also, the e brake is loose. i have genuinely no idea what is going on. any ideas?
