Hey everyone! I’m brand new to this forum. I am hoping someone can give me some guidance on an issue I have with my key fob for a 2010 Forester.
I recently replaced the battery in my key fob as it has stopped working. After replacing the battery it still didn’t work. I check some videos online to see if I could troubleshoot the issue. These weren’t much help as once I opened the fob there was no sticker with the code number to reset the system.
Is there anyway to reconnect the fob to the vehicle without that code? Or will I need to purchase a whole new set up and have the dealership do it.
