Good Afternoon.
I have a 2002 forester and I went to get it inspected today. They plugged the obd and said it was not reading rps's. I checked fuses to see if that could have been problem but it was not. they suggested i need to take it to a subaru dealer and have them repair computer, which is costly for me. Any suggestions on what the probelm might be, fixes, costs etc.
