Infotainment frozen

Help… my infotainment is frozen. Radio is stuck on, no volume control. Tried to restart , nothing worked. Finally it’s back.. is this common.

I had it happen a couple of times in my 2020 Outback. I was able to turn off the car and turn it back on and it would resolve the issue and sometimes it would be a blank screen for a few minutes and then just come back to life.

There's a class action suit in the US about this. On my 2019 Forester, I press and hold the ON/OFF button until the system resets.
