2016 Impreza Main Display screen blacked out and cannot be reset. I brought it to the dealer and was told to go to the audio specialist. They did a series of checks including system reset, circuit breakers and total power down. They confirmed that the hardware is working ok and the problem may be with the firmware update. The Subaru dealer has no idea about this. Appreciate if someone can provide some information and help.
