I know it's a dumb idea

So I bought a 91 legacy wagon that unfortunately the previous owner decided to spray foam the rockers and ended up being rusted beyond repair I stripped it of good parts and decided to run the shell in a demolition derby. I was wondering if the engine would be capable of running a heat(approx 15 minutes max) with no radiator and the hoses looped together?
