The horn on my 2015 Forester has a problem with the horn. With the engine off it works fine. With the engine started but not moving it work fine, even with turning the steering wheel from side to side. But when it is moving, it doesn't work as well. Unfortunately that is when it most likely be needed.
What is a likely problem?
