2004 Forester. Its spare vehicle so I never fill it all the way. Just get a few gallons when I need to. Keep it between 1/8 and 1/2 full. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it started after fueling. Sometimes it will start on the first try but runs rough for 5-10 seconds then idles normal. Other times there’s no issues and it fires up no problem. Trying to find out what’s causing this. Found online something about a purge valve solenoid or something? Any help would be appreciated.
