Fuse Problems?

I have multiple fuses that show no power at the fuse box. Such as the daytime running lights, but my daytime running lights are working as per normal. A couple other issues like dome lights not working as well as my key fob not working. Thoughts?

One thought would be the model year, another would be the model of Legacy. That information would access the correct fitting schematic.
